METAPWR & HIIT CLASS
We are exciting to be adding new fitness classes to our timetable MetaPwr and WodFit
MetaPwr and WodFit are 30min HIIT circuit classes which combine both resistance and bodyweight exercises to help improve your fitness,
cardio efficiency, agility, strength burn fat in a fun and friendly environment. these classes will be run every Monday and Wednesday at 10.00am
by our Coaches Bryan and Robyn
Focusing purely on strengthening and sculpting your abs, butts and thighs. A combination of strength enhancing and muscle toning exercises which target common problem areas. This class delivers a Mod- high intensity regime that is designed to yield results.
Develop core strength with boxing techniques and drills for an all over cardio and strength training workout. It
will help improve your endurance, co-ordination and stamina. This class sutied for all ages and all fitness levels.is also great. You’ll get
an intense workout while improving your core strength at the same time, all in just 45 min.
