Cool Town Teens & Kids
Our Kids and Teens fitness program here at CrossFit Cool Town is a fun and energetic fitness program for kids ranging from 5 to 16 years old. Coach Bryan is both CrossFit Certified with over 10 years of Fitness experience in both general fitness and sports training Coach Kozzie is also qualified with CrossFit Level One/Two & CrossFit Kids, all coaches have a passion to see kids and young people happy, healthy and getting the most out of life.
Our kids and Teen program emphasises good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistency and good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for Kids. Not only that, a vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means consistent adherence to the program can be a positive impact on children’s academic achievement.
Classes run during the school term with a reduced timetable of classes during school holidays.
